About this role

Oak Street Health’s graduate Behavioral Health Specialist Fellowship is a 12-month paid training program designed to prepare recent MSW graduates to deliver behavioral health care for older adults within a collaborative, value-based primary care model. The program combines supervised clinical experience, didactic training, and exposure to evidence-based interventions and psychotropic medication management. Fellows commit to work at Oak Street for 24 months following program completion to continue serving Medicare patients in community-based centers.
