Behavioral Health Technician

The Behavioral Health Technician provides compassionate, hands-on support to patients experiencing behavioral health and substance use concerns in a fast-paced Emergency Department. Working under the direction of the clinical care team, the role promotes patient safety, dignity, and a therapeutic environment while assisting with patient care, observation, and daily activities. The position requires maintaining a safe environment, documenting patient changes, and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare staff.
