Behavioral Health Technician

The Behavioral Health Technician supports patient care by assisting with daily living activities and maintaining a safe, clean environment under the supervision of the BHT Supervisor. The role involves providing consistent client supervision, observing and documenting behavior and vital signs, and managing crises using de-escalation techniques. Additionally, the technician ensures environmental safety, communicates effectively with clinical teams, and adheres to strict confidentiality and compliance standards.
