The Behavioral Health Urgent Care Weekend Shift Team Lead oversees weekend shift operations for behavioral health crisis services, ensuring timely access and continuity of care for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and those facing mental health or substance use challenges. The role supervises a multidisciplinary team, supports crisis stabilization and direct clinical care, and coordinates communication with internal departments and external providers. The Team Lead also monitors clinical documentation for regulatory compliance and enforces safety and intake/triage protocols.
