Behavioral Specialist

This advanced-level position provides staff training and supports veterinarians, study directors, and clients by facilitating animal behavior activities, including enrichment, socialization, and behavioral assessments. The Behavioral Specialist is responsible for treating on-site behavioral abnormalities, fulfilling preventive programs, and maintaining compliance with USDA requirements and company policies. The role involves collaborating with study staff to enhance procedures and developing new enrichment methods.
