Behavioral Support Specialist

Under the direction of program leadership and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, this role supports students and staff by facilitating and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans, instructional interventions, and Individualized Educational Programs. The position involves providing instructional and behavioral support to students with a spectrum of vision loss and additional needs, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis principles and data collection procedures. The specialist collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to prepare support materials, conduct assessments, and assist with daily living skills, sensory needs, and technology use.
