Behavioral Support Specialist

Under the direction of program leadership and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, this role supports students and staff by facilitating Behavior Intervention Plans, instructional interventions, and Individualized Educational Programs. The position involves implementing Applied Behavior Analysis components, collecting student data, and providing evidence-based instructional and behavioral support to students with vision loss and additional needs. The specialist also assists with daily routines, technology use, and transition support while collaborating with the instructional team.
