Behaviour Consultant

The Behaviour Consultant at Monarch House is responsible for assessing, designing, monitoring, and supervising ABA interventions for children and youth with ASD and other developmental or learning needs. This role primarily focuses on clients within the ABA program, requiring the development of behavior plans, conducting functional analyses, and providing training and supervision to therapists. The position involves collaborating with caregivers and other professionals to deliver tailored, evidence-based treatments in a center-based setting.
