Behaviour Interventionist (BI)

The Behaviour Interventionist implements programs designed by a senior clinical team to support skill acquisition and decrease maladaptive behaviors for clients at Monarch House. This role involves working within an interdisciplinary team to provide a positive and engaging client experience in a fast-paced clinic environment. The position requires adapting to changing conditions and supporting clients with personal care tasks while maintaining their safety and well-being.
