Behaviour Support Line Officer

The Behaviour Support Line Officer provides telephone and web‑chat assistance to dog owners experiencing behavioural or training challenges, offering first‑aid advice, practical guidance, and directing them to appropriate resources. The role involves documenting interactions in the CRM and recognising when to refer callers to more in‑depth support from a Clinical Animal Behaviourist or Behaviour Coach.
