Session Climbing
Session's Youth Programs offer children and teens a social and collaborative environment to learn safe climbing skills, efficient techniques, and build confidence. The Belayer/Youth Program Instructor facilitates group activities, teaches climbing techniques and safety, and creates a welcoming environment for participants aged 6-17. This role involves collaborating with the Youth Program Coordinator to structure daily activities, including games and team-building exercises, while ensuring a safe and positive experience for all climbers.
