Youth Program Instructor/Belayer

Session’s Youth Programs offer children and teens the opportunity to learn climbing skills, techniques, and build confidence in a social environment. The role involves facilitating group activities, teaching proper climbing techniques and safety, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for participants aged 6-17. This position requires collaboration with the Youth Program Coordinator to structure daily activities and ensure a safe, engaging experience for all climbers.
