Benefit & Leave Administrator

The Human Resources Business Partner, Benefits Administration role at Essen Health Care oversees the day-to-day administration and coordination of all employee benefit programs and leave management functions across a multi-state workforce. This position manages medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans while ensuring accurate maintenance of employee records within HRIS and payroll systems. The incumbent also serves as a primary point of contact for benefit inquiries and administers complex leave programs including FMLA, PFL, and Workers' Compensation.
