The position drives operational excellence by maintaining benefits data, supporting reporting and audits, improving processes, and helping employees maximize the value of their benefits. It serves as a primary contact for benefits inquiries and partners with HR teams to resolve complex issues. The role also assists with compliance activities, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
