Benefits Administrator

Benchmark Human Services is seeking a Benefits Administrator to lead the benefits department and work with senior leaders to offer a benefits program that directly impacts staff satisfaction. The role involves creating and managing a comprehensive benefits program, overseeing FMLA and leave policies, and collaborating with vendors and consultants. The selected candidate will also supervise a benefit assistant, manage the HRIS benefit module, and communicate benefits to employees.
