Benefits Case Manager

The Benefits Case Manager ensures that all Center for Elders’ Independence participants are enrolled in and maintain eligibility for income and insurance benefits such as Medi-Cal and Medicare. This role involves managing a participant caseload, verifying benefit information, and collaborating with families, government agencies, and internal teams to resolve eligibility issues. The position supports the organization's mission to provide comprehensive healthcare services to frail seniors through proactive benefit coordination.
