Independence Center
The Center for Elders’ Independence is seeking a Personal Care Attendant II to provide caregiving services, including personal care and ADL/IADL care, to frail elderly individuals in their homes or at the day center. This role involves assisting participants with daily activities, medication prompting, and light housekeeping while ensuring their safety and well-being. The position requires collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to implement care plans in accordance with PACE Regulations.
Independence Center is a community-based rehabilitation program for adults with serious and persistent mental illnesses in the St. Louis area, built on the Clubhouse model of psychosocial rehabilitation.
