Benefits HR Generalist

The Benefits HR Generalist serves as the primary administrator of Alto‑Shaam’s employee benefits programs and compliance function, managing relationships with benefits brokers and vendors. The role oversees design, implementation, open enrollment, and ongoing administration of health, retirement, wellness, and other benefits, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
