The Benefits + Leave Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day administration of employee benefits, wellness, disability, and leave programs. This role serves as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and data integrity across all benefit and leave initiatives. The incumbent partners with employees, leaders, vendors, and HR to deliver an exceptional employee experience while supporting organizational compliance and program effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Administer employee benefits, leave of absence, and disability programs
Process benefit enrollments, status changes, and COBRA coordination
Reconcile benefit-related invoices and resolve billing discrepancies
