About this role

The Benefits & Leave Administration Manager leads the end-to-end administration and optimization of employee benefits and leave programs for a professional services organization. The role is highly visible within HR and works closely with leadership, Finance, and external vendors to ensure an excellent employee experience and regulatory compliance. This position also serves as the HRIS subject matter expert for benefits and leave functionality and supports strategic process improvements. It is structured as a contract-to-hire opportunity based in Columbia, MD.
