Benefits Manager

GetixHealth is seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to lead the strategy, administration, and continuous improvement of employee benefits programs across U.S.-based locations. This role is responsible for the effective administration and financial performance of the Company’s benefits programs, including self-insured medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, and retirement plans. The Benefits Manager will manage vendor relationships, support annual renewals and Open Enrollment, and identify opportunities to improve employee experience while controlling costs.
