As the daily operations leader for Marsh's service center, you will oversee back-office processes for group life and health insurance while expanding into personal and individual health lines. You act as a key liaison between the company and service providers, driving operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement while supervising a medium-to-large operational team.
