Benefits Specialist

The Benefits Specialist supports the administration and billing reconciliation of company benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, 401k, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. This role provides guidance to employees on various benefit plans, collaborates with HR staff, and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws. The position also involves managing vendor relationships, reconciling billing invoices, and supporting open enrollment processes.
