Bereavement Counselor

The Bereavement Counselor provides grief counseling and support to bereaved children, adults, families, and individuals with serious illness, delivering continuity of care and facilitating support groups and community outreach. The role includes conducting assessments, developing care plans, offering crisis intervention, and coordinating resources to assist families before and after a patient’s death.
