Advantage Behavioral Health Systems
The BHCC Peer Case Manager provides outreach, engagement, peer support, and case management services to clients discharging from the Advantage Behavioral Health Crisis Center and their families. Using personal experience of recovery, the role serves as a client advocate and models competency in recovery and wellness while following up with individuals to increase engagement with aftercare services. This position serves the ten-county Advantage catchment area.
