Peer Specialist

Under direct supervision, this role provides paraprofessional activities to participants in Behavioral Health Crisis Services, including one-on-one recovery coaching, treatment team planning, and group skills training. The position involves documenting client interactions in an electronic health record and supporting clients in identifying community resources to promote recovery. The specialist assists with strength-based skill development and monitors client progress toward treatment goals.
