The Direct Care Provider will deliver screening, assessment, treatment planning, life skills training, case management, crisis intervention, and counseling services to seriously mentally ill consumers in a residential setting, fostering a recovery-based environment. The role works weekends on the Payson Residential site, offering shift differentials and requires appropriate background clearances.
