A 2-year rotational Bid and Project Management Graduate Development Programme at Hitachi Rail designed to develop early-career talent through four work placements, BPM skills and leadership training. The programme prepares graduates for permanent roles within the Bid and Project Management Office and offers opportunities to study towards internationally recognised project management certifications (APM/IPMA).
