Bilingual Case Manager

EAC Network is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Case Manager to join the Queens Treatment Alternatives for Safer Communities (TASC) Program, supporting Behavioral Health and Justice Involved Populations. The role focuses on court liaison, client assessment, and monitoring to facilitate placement into appropriate treatment modalities. The position involves managing a caseload, conducting cognitive behavioral interventions, and providing HIV/Hep C resources and referrals.
