Bilingual Consumer Relations Associate

The Consumer Relations Associate at Assurant supports customers and clients with claims- and contract-related inquiries, serving as a point of contact for regional managers, clients, and dealers. The role contributes to maintaining high customer satisfaction and supports the Claims team by ensuring timely follow-up and escalation management. It reports to the Claims Supervisor and is part of the company’s customer-facing operations.
