About this role

The Bilingual Content Design Manager (English-Spanish) will establish and scale a replicable bilingual content-design practice across programs, integrating English/Spanish content standards into the design system. This inaugural role is hands-on (approximately 70% individual contributor, 30% leadership), leading and mentoring a small team while developing operations, processes, tooling, and quality metrics for multilingual content.
