Bilingual High Volume Recruiter

Wize Solutions is seeking a driven, bilingual High Volume Recruiter to lead the recruitment of its field workforce across the United States. This role focuses on managing a high-volume hiring pipeline with the goal of filling 30–50 entry-level positions per month within the material handling industry. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, build strong relationships with candidates and hiring partners, and maximize the success of the Employee Referral Program.
