Recruiter (High Volume)

The Recruiter (High Volume) will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Evolution Gaming's Southfield, Michigan operations, handling sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of high-volume hourly and entry‑level candidates. The role focuses on maintaining strong candidate pipelines, driving engagement through multiple communication channels, and partnering with hiring managers and internal teams to meet hiring goals while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
