The Senior People Generalist, Fulfillment Operations is the onsite People Team representative for ShipBob’s assigned fulfillment and innovation centers, acting as the primary HR contact for employees, managers, and regional leadership. The role partners with business leaders to implement HR strategies that support organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, workforce planning, and compliance. It reports to the Senior Manager, People Experience.
