Bilingual Wraparound Facilitator

The Bilingual Wraparound Facilitator facilitates Child and Family Planning Meetings using family-centered, strengths-based Wraparound principles to support children and families with complex needs. The role involves assessing client needs, coordinating care with community partners, and providing treatment to help families achieve their goals. This position requires a bilingual professional to deliver intensive, individualized support in the least restrictive environment possible.
