Billing & Accounts Receivable

This role provides financial, administrative, and clerical support to process and apply payments to customer accounts, ensuring accurate data and reports for clients and management. The position involves processing lockbox, ACH, and automated payment files, handling returned or overpayment checks, and providing customer service support via phone and email. It also includes reconciling accounting data, maintaining financial security, and offering backup support to the Billing Specialist.
