BIM Modeler – Multifamily & Structural Construction

We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeler to support BIM coordination and modeling throughout the design and construction of multifamily, mixed-use, and luxury residential projects, with a significant focus on concrete and structural steel construction. This hands-on role involves coordinating Revit models from third-party consultants, identifying clashes and constructability issues, and supporting the development of concrete erection and construction models for field teams. The ideal candidate combines strong Revit/BIM technical skills with practical construction knowledge to improve project delivery.
