Bioanalytical Strategy and Program Support Lead

This role provides scientific and strategic leadership for all bioanalysis supporting Bausch + Lomb ocular therapeutic programs, managing the end-to-end externalized model including CRO selection, governance, and data quality. The position is responsible for defining integrated bioanalytical strategies across various modalities, authoring regulatory content, and leading the potential establishment of an internal non-GLP bioanalytical laboratory. It involves overseeing biomarker assay strategies, managing external partners, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while mentoring a team of scientists.
