Biocompatibility Lead

This role leads and supports the global biocompatibility program for all sustaining and new products, focusing on biological safety testing strategy development, toxicological and biological risk assessments, and optimization of chemical characterization testing. The position involves serving as a senior subject matter expert, authoring test plans and reports, and advising on global regulatory requirements for medical device submissions. The role also includes managing direct reports, overseeing testing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution.
