About this role

A Bioinformatics Engineer at Loka designs, builds and maintains production-ready bioinformatics workflows and data infrastructures for Life Sciences customers, with a focus on Genomics and other Omics domains. The role partners with data engineers, cloud architects and client teams to translate scientific requirements into scalable, repeatable and maintainable cloud-native solutions. Candidates with an MSc or PhD (or equivalent experience) in relevant life-science or computational fields are preferred. The position is within a fully remote, globally distributed team that emphasizes growth and modern tooling.
