About this role

Cayaba Care is hiring a certified Birth Doula to support expectant mothers in the Baltimore area through two prenatal visits and in-person labor support. The role is a contract position providing advocacy, education, and non-medical support while coordinating with Cayaba’s care team. The doula will work flexibly with members across several counties and use virtual and in-person engagement to deliver wrap-around maternity support.
