Branch Manager

This role manages a designated branch to achieve established production and other goals, overseeing day-to-day operations, staff scheduling, and team development. The position is responsible for driving branch sales performance, including new banking accounts and loan applications, while ensuring compliance with retail essentials and audit programs. The Branch Manager also conducts performance appraisals, assists in hiring, and partners with HR to manage disciplinary actions as needed.
