This role supports the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with bank policies, and delivering exceptional customer service. The position requires proficiency in multiple branch functions, including teller, customer service, and loan support, to serve as a flexible utility float. The incumbent will also assist in staff development, drive business development through referrals, and maintain a professional, customer-focused environment.
