The position involves coordinating with internal teams, external stakeholders, and service providers to monitor shipment movement, resolve exceptions, and maintain compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements. It also focuses on improving operational processes, tracking performance metrics, and supporting branch-level reporting and governance.
