Branch Operations

This role is responsible for accurately processing financial transactions and serving as an effective source of information for members through the branch, drive-thru window, or telephone. The position involves servicing transactions, counseling on product selection, opening new accounts, and processing consumer loans while promoting a positive member experience. The role requires proactive cross-training and maintaining knowledge of credit union processes to assist members and support continuous improvement.
