Collections Specialist

This role is responsible for managing delinquent consumer loans, credit cards, and negative share accounts by evaluating accounts, building relationships with members, and arranging payment solutions. The position requires knowledge of collections laws and practices to provide outstanding service while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. It involves counseling members on financial obligations, processing credit counseling requests, and utilizing skip tracing to locate members.
