This position serves as a liaison between the Credit Union and its members, providing quality service by greeting visitors, answering inquiries about membership, accounts, and loan products, and resolving account issues. The role involves opening new accounts, processing loan requests, and following up with applicants to ensure timely and professional service. The position aims to contribute to the credit union's growth and member satisfaction through excellent customer service and cross-selling opportunities.
