Special Accounts Servicing Manager

This position provides quality service to credit union members and supports branch and contact center staff by serving as a liaison for products and services related to IRAs, Trusts, Power of Attorneys, Conservatorships, Estates, and deceased member accounts. The role involves overseeing the management and efficiency of the Special Accounts Servicing Department, collaborating with other departments to develop new business and workflows, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. The incumbent leads daily operations, mentors staff, and maintains professional relationships with members and external contacts.
