Brewing Operations Lead

This role leads and manages brewing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production while executing production plans to deliver wort and beer to Packaging. The position involves driving operational excellence, minimizing losses, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement through TPM and World Class Manufacturing practices. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Packaging, Quality, Engineering, and Planning to ensure seamless brewery operations.
