Line Lead - Brewing

The Line Lead - Brewing role involves independently leading and coaching a 24-hour brewing operation to deliver high-quality beer while implementing World Class strategies. This position reports to the Sr. Manager Operations - Brewing and contributes to the Brewing Leadership Team by developing long-term goals and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
